WE NEED YOUR HELP WITH A FEW THINGS....
1. Please contact the Board if you notice new neighbors moving in. We would like to make sure they are welcomed to the neighborhood.
2. If your family uses the basketball area in the neighborhood please make sure to clean up any trash you may create while you are there. Let's all use this area like it was our own yards.
3. The retention basin is not a safe place to play. We recommend that people do not participate in any activities there, with the exception of our landscaping crew..
4. Animals should be kept on leashes or tie-outs for the safety of all Muirfield residents and especially children.
5. Neighborhood speed limit is 20 miles per hour. For the safety of all, please do not sped through the neighborhood.
6. Well maintained lawns and landscaping helps the entire neighborhood look desirable and increases potential value for when a neighbor would want or need to sell a house. Please do your part to keep your lot well maintained and looking nice! All neighbors will appreciate your efforts!
